deferal letter .

HI guys do we have to submit the deferal letter to the embassy as i applied for may session but the application is still not processed so i am thinking of getting a deferal so i have to submit that to the embassy or not ???

I believe you would rather have to resubmit to the school so they are aware and pay the deferal fee to guarantee your place. The embassy should be able to tell from the start date of the program and from when they process it that you would have to defer as they took too much time.
