Decline ITA due to incorrect point calculation?

Here is my situation.

I am glad that I got the Canada PR ITA on Dec 19th 2018 under Federal Skilled Worker class. In this draw, the cut off was 439 and my score was 444 which includes one year Canada experience as well.

Question 1
Duration of my Canada work experience is as below
1. March 1 2011 to Sep 4 2011 (188 days)
2. July 19 2018 to till date (154 days till the date of ITA)

So in total I have 342 days which is in short of 23 days for an year but still the CRS calculator gave me extra points for Caanda Experience . However at the time of eAPR submission i will complete 365 days but not sure this could be a reason for rejection.

Question 2
Though I had 444 points on the date of ITA, just two days after (21st December) I turned 35 and 5 points in total score is reduced and it is now 439. In the invitation document it is clearly mentioned that "If you had a birthday since we sent you this invitation, and change to your age decreases your points total, this will not cause us to refuse your application for permanent residents". But i have seen some contradictory statement in cic site stating that its VO's discretion to keep the point same as 444 or recalculate to 439.

Question 3
My spouse has done her language test however I didnt include that in my profile before ITA. Is it possible to claim that extra point after receiving ITA?

In this situation, I would like to get expert advise, do I need to decline the ITA and go back to pool till I complete 365 days for Canada experience. Even then, I know that 439 is not a safe score, but i have option to add my spouse language score to cross 445.

I know it is kind of complicated combination but experts know better. Please share your thoughts..

- From what I understand, CEC work experience is considered for the last 3 yrs
So I am not sure if the work experience in 2011 will be relevant for the CEC.

- Your birthday is locked at the time of ITA

Thank you for your reply.

Since I am invited under federal skilled worker program, Will that 3 year clause applicable in my case?
- To qualify for EE as an FSW, you need minimum 1 year continuous work experience (in the last 10 yrs) in either NOC 0, A, B(which I presume you already have)
- For your foreign work experience you get maximum points(if you are the principal applicant) for 3 years work experience in the last 10 years.
- When it comes to Canadian work experience you will get points if you have minimum 1 year experience.
If I look at the work description in your post, you would not have got any points for Canadian work experience, since it’s less than one year (I am only taking into account the 2018 work) and more over you have been invited as an FSW and not as CEC.
Please cross-check the breakup of your ITA score and see what points have been allocated to you.

In fact they have awarded me 35 points for CRS – Human Capital – Canadian Work Experience. Same is given in the invitation letter as well.
