Decleration of Common Law Union

Hello all,

I'm preparing my work permit application and I need a help understanding the requirement of "Declaration of Common-Law Union" form with my work permit application.

I'm from India and I'm married, I have our marriage certificate (included with the application package) and my spouse is not travelling with me to Canada.

So, my question is, Do I still need to fill the above said form and attach with my work permit application?

Any help would be appreciated.
