Basically I've been diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder 2 3 years ago in the UAE. I am in canada now with a work permit. I never declared that i had bipolar 2 in any of my previous visa applications because it asked if they were serious disorders and my condition is very mild. during the pre medical test for the express entry, i was asked if i have been diagnosed with depression or bipolarity to which i answered yes. Now, during the PR application, I am asked the serious mental disorder question again and im not sure what to answer. I fear misrepresentation. Help please.
