Declare previous (overturned) visa refusal?

Hi, I applied a UK visa years ago and it was initially refused due to an error the VO made while reviewing my file, and the refusal was overturned after I challenged the decision via administrative review (sort of "appeal" for the UK system) and got my visa. Do I need to declare it when I apply through EE? Many thx!
