Hi,
I am applying (as the applicant) for a spousal visa to Canada (my wife is a Canadian citizen).
I have searched the forum regarding declaration of separation of a common law relationship, but all posts asked are referring to the Sponsor with the query, not the applicant.
My question is, do i need one for a previous common law relationship that ended over 2 years ago? If i do, can i just write one myself and get it notarized down at the local court house?
My region specific forms (for the UK in particular) don't ask for it specifically.
Thanks,
James
