hey guys im starting to put together a PR for my wife and i have a q. :-*

if we are not common law married is it ok to just skip this and the representative one too?

the application seems like it doesn't take to long to fill out. im guessing what takes longest is getting the financials ready and photo proof.

yes, if the document isn't relevant to your application, then you can:

1) include a copy in the application with an N/A written on it, also writing N/A on the checklist OR
2) write N/a on the checklist for that form, leave the form out of the package

all other forms are required and should be in the package.

We didn't include any irrelevant forms.

We also left the checklist blank for these items we did not submit.

No issues.
