Hi all,
I just found yesterday that my online status was changed from in process to decision made. I am not sure when did that happen. When I click on that I do not find any changes, ie I still find the same:
  1. We received your application for permanent residence on ....
  2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on......
  3. We started processing your application on .....
  4. Medical results have been received.
There is no notes here regarding the decision. I am so nervous. Please anybody knows what is going on here? What does that mean?
Thx

Hello there,

That could be for PPR. I've read some reviews that the decision wording is Application Accepted if you passed. Or it could be their new way of saying it is accepted, if decision has been made then if you failed they should have said "rejected".

But im thinking re #2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on......
==> can you check your correspondence or email, it will direct you to their instruction/guide/letter on what to do next. That's what happened when I got my MR and RPRF.

#4. Medical results have been received.
==>Your medical was just received? not yet passed? Im confused bec there was a decision made noted.

Can you please advise if what entry you are (MPNP,SINP), are you express entry or paper based?
And please post your timeline :) when did you have your medical, I passed my medical and RPRF last April 21st.

Thank you so much and congratulations in advance!
Joan

  1. We received your application for permanent residence on March 4, 2016.
  2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on April 14, 2016.
  3. We started processing your application on April 15, 2016.
  4. Medical results have been received.

Medical results have been received long time ago. I applied through PNP- paper based.

So as of the moment there's no confirmation if you passed the medical exam?
Did you already pay for RPRF?

medical recevied is medical passed if you're checking through ECAS

There were some issues before.. they asked for police records and it were send, them we tried to contact them and they claimed that they did not get my wife's records! It was sent later on twice and then kept saying the same. I am just guessing that they were confused as they were asking for a wrong family name (maiden name), and we kept trying to send them a proof that we are talking about the same person, just family name changed after marriage 6 years ago!!! Our correspondings are with the Canadian embassy in Rome. Last email to them was sent about 2 weeks ago, we haven't hearer from them but just found that a decision was made!

Oh that was too frustrating if I were on your shoes, so If that's the case maybe there's something good coming up when they now concluded to a decision made.
Good luck! Just stay positive!
