Decision Made

I checked my permanent residence application status online today and noticed that the link to my application now says "Decision Made"

The info inside when clicking the link says:

We received your application for permanent residence on June 30, 2016.
We started processing your application on August 22, 2016.
Medical results have been received.
We sent you correspondence on September 14, 2016. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.

(I gave them all the info they requested when they asked and I never heard any requests from them again)

Does this mean they most likely accepted me for PR? What should I be expecting to happen next? (I'm an American if this helps to answer questions) My visitor status expires the second day of April, do I need to renew visitor status or would I become PR in time?

Congrats. Its a good news. Its likely they'll send PPR request and sent it to your adress. My wife is a US July 2016 applicant as well. We are waiting for PPR request too

Not to spoil the party as you are probably right but there have been cases where cic did not get the information so denied the application. Just do not want you to go too crazy yet. But again it is most likely positive
