Hi all,

Does DM mean approved or can it also mean refused? We are visa exempt so we are not expecting an email just copr in the mail.

They received the app June 13th. I'm not sure what day it was filed exactly. It's my boufriends application. They started processing it July 28th

I was told yesterday by my lawyer that it doesn't necessarily mean is approved (also says that on their website) although having said that - almost everyone is passed at this stage.

Did you get any email at all - I'm like you, visa exempt - so just expecting it to turn up!! Soon!!

Sorry to say, it could mean a decision in either direction, it is not always positive. But unless you have some specific reason to be worried, I would assume it's good news. The wait shouldn't be too long...
