Decision Made?

I have a question on when I first log into my application Permanent Residence Application on the left say's my name on the right its say's Permanent Application Status, just below that is a link that say's "Decision Made" but when I click on the link my application hasn't change...Does that mean a decision has been made???

Yes it means a decision has been made... Check your email, maybe they sent you a letter requesting your passport via email..

Are you sure?Because when I clicked on the link that say's "decision made" it didn't change in the details of my application...And i'm not seeing an email from CIC.

are you the sponsor or the applicant? our sponsor profile changed to DM about a few days before anything was updated on the second page and we received an email. our applicant profile changed to DM on Dec 25 and nothing has changed on the second page even to this day, but we received COPR 15 days later.

yeah, don't worry about it then. that second page likely won't change. if you haven't been asked for further information or for an interview and your ECAS has changed to DM - congratulations! just sit tight and wait for your COPR

Hi that’s actually my husband... he is the applicant, I am the sponsor...his changed just now...this is the final step omg I am so happy right now...For the ones who got approved recently... did they ask anything else after you got decision made?!!!!

yay, congralations!!!

depending on whether your husband is from a visa-exempt country or not - they will either request his passport or just send him his COPR. my husband is from a visa-exempt country and we didn't hear anything at all on ECAS or by email.. we got our COPR in the mail 2 weeks later.

He’s American...so they won’t ask him his passport...did they ask you for new set of photos though?

no, we didn't get asked for anything at all.. got DM on Christmas and got our COPR at the beginning of January, nothing else

And to the OP yes sometimes DM will just show on the landing page ECAS at first but not when you click to view it. That'll change soon enough.
If you are from a visa-exempt country you probably won't get any other indication of DM till the COPR arrives, though some VO's do request photocopies of your passport pages.
