Decision made?

I just checked my ECAS and my status has changed into decision made. In my CIC everything is still in process. We submitted everything on August 9th and we have a dual intent LMIA. Does it mean that we get our ppr soon? Is it always positive decision made or can it be a rejection as well? Getting a bit nervous now but otherwise it would be our best Thanksgiving Day ever

No, I got emails in September for extra information which I provided. I did not get an email about a status update on my cic.

And i got email in sept ..but nothing happend i m lmia too so lets see....

What i think if we get schedule A req it means they are alredy working on our bg check just didnt show on our cic...

They needed our marriage certificate, accidentally uploaded the wrong form. No questions since then and no more emails. I'm just so curious if decision made in Ecas is the news I'm waiting for.
