Decision Made without Medicals

Dear All,

I checked my status a week ago, and it was changed after 7 months from “In Process” to “Decision Made”. Unfortunately, I haven’t received my medical request.

I know for a fact, that this is a rejection but my question is does this mean that I have to re-submit a new application all over again OR would I have to submit the additional docs that would be requested by CIC. Please advice.

Has anyone experienced this – please share?

I am still waiting for the letter as it would take about4-6 weeks.

I showed my proof of funds as 11,500 CAD

Nope i did not contact my visa office. As ECAS stated that an officer will contact me soon. And my agents can't advice me unless and until they receive the letter.

I mean at least after 45 days. most of applicant here in forum, as i read, they do contact their visa offices if their status never changed after 45 days from 2nd AOR dates.

you are 24 and you are claiming 4 years work time for your NOC. May be this raised a few eyebrows .
do you know , if there was a telephonic enquiry with your employer ?

the same thing happened with me in jan 2010,the reason for rejection was shortage of funds by merely 100 $ and that too becuase of change in the exchange rates,i wrote it to the CHC,delhi but they refused to reconsider it.

now i have applied again and my application reached CIO on april1,,,,,now i am lilbit apprehensive about the rumors of some catagories got to be changed this month.would i be affected if my catagory[1111] get removed[god forbid],by chance.

Its depend on the CIO officer decision if 1111 disapeared from NOC lists 38 Category

Once your application is received at CIO , subsequent change in 38 occupancy list will not have any effect on you, by the way shortage of settlement amount by $100 resultant in rejection of application is quite shocking. Visa officer should have given you an opportunity to show new / additional proof of $ 100

i wrote to them for reconsideration as 120 days had not elapsed by then but they refused top reconsider it and the worst part was that i had double the funds required and attached the details also but they claimed not to be in receipt of same.
