Decision made what does it mean?????...HELP PLEASE

Hello guys,

I log in to my cic account and under
Sponsorship Application Status it says there ``Decision Made``but when i click on it only shows:
1. We received your application to sponsor _______ on December 29, 2015.
2. We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on February 18, 2016.
3. We started processing your application on February 17, 2016.

and under Permanent Residence Application Status it says ``In Process`` and it shows the same thing
1. We received ____ application for permanent residence on December 29, 2015.
2. We started processing ______ application on March 21, 2016.
3. Medical results have been received.

WHAT DOES THIS MEAN???????? :-[ :-[ :-[ PLEASE somebody help me .... I`m totally nervous that this will not be good news...

Just from what you have provided, looks like the Sponsorship Application has a decision (given that the PR application is in progress, probably is a positive result).

Thank you for your help, actually I just got a call from Manila visa office,they verified some info and they said they will send a passport request and my husband needs to land before November 7 this year!!! ;D ;D ;D ... weeeew finally God answered our prayer ;D ;D ;D
