decision made what does it mean? Common law Sponsorship

Hi,
My sponsor got the information at his CIC log in decision made!
Does it mean the application is already done?
We just send the Application on the 4th of April 2016 ... so done in 2 month?
Mississauga send the application to Ottawa ... I thought they would send it to Vienna (because I am from Germany).

So my question is I will get the PR?

It sounds like the sponsor has been approved (not the entire application).

My wife's application status is on 'Decision Made', while mine (the sponsors) is on 'In Process' and has been like this for the past week without any communication from CIC.

No request for passport yet, although we included it in our package.

How long has your application taken? I assume you already got SA (even if your sponsor side shows "in progress"). If it's been at least quite a few months after SA, and everything that needs to be submitted by your wife has been submitted, the DM is likely a favorable one.

If your wife's passport is visa-exempt, and you provided photocopies of it already, it is likely CIC just sends the COPR to your mailing address. If the passport requires a visa to enter Canada, CIC will ask for her passport.

My decision made appeared on May 24th. But still nothing by email or mail. I begin to be very anxious...
My VO is Paris.
What should I do ? Wait ? Ask ? Am I in a good timing, meaning it's "only" 12 days ago they updated into "Decision Made" ？

I believe I gave my suggestions to you earlier. Did you order GCMS notes? Besides getting MP to help you ask, this is the only way to know what DM means. If you did, then you'll have to be patient and wait for notes to arrive or if it's a positive DM, your PPR or COPR.

I would have to disagree. I haven't seen a single person recently who has had their SA side change beyond "in process". Two early April applicants through Ottawa already have their COPRs.

Hi guys,

The status under "sponsorship application status" has changed to decision made. Under permanent residence application status it still says in process. My question is "decision made" status under sponsorship application status regarding me as a sponsor whether i am approved as a soonsor or not or is it regarding the decision on the application as a whole. I have already gotten a letter from cic months ago informing me that i have been approved as a sponsor and the application has been transfered to the visa office, that is why I'm confused.

My wife is also seeing DM on her side (Sponsor) of the application. My side (PA) is still saying in process. I'm of the view that its just indicating to the sponsor that they've been approved as a sponsor (VERY LATE ECAS UPDATE)..Could be wrong though.

it suggests only the sponsor's application has been decided. there seemed to have been a large update pushed through the cic website yesterday, and many many many people had the sponsor side update to decision made. it has no impact on the applicant's application. it just means cic was cleaning up ecas/mycic.
