Hi our application started last May 2008 and Processed last June 2014, this was according to ECAS online service. And, it also states that our Application has already decided (DECISION MADE). We already sent our medical files and passports last year. Does this mean our application was already outside the processing normal times? I am from Philippines. Hoping for positive results.
And I've heard some rumors about banning the application for Filipino immigrants/people to canada because of over populating the country? I hope this isn't real.
