I just recieved an email from CIC, saying that my application is in process and I am qualified for pre arrival services. And on of my cas it application status changed from in process to decision made. What do you guys think of this?

I actually got my PPR and CoPR like 2 days after getting pre arrival services email. That was on Friday March 19th. On 19th evening I applied for passport submission through VFS webform. On 20th March, morning I recieved an SMS from VFS to pay 972rs. 22nd March, at 7:30 pm recieved my AWB bill. Also as soon as you pay the 972, email VFS asking for the AWB bill and attach receipts
23rd March, Blue Dart came and picked up my package. Expected delivery at VFS 26th, anything after that you will get updates via SMS.
