We received your application for permanent residence on May 6, 2009.
We started processing your application on May 26, 2009.
Medical results have been received.
We received the requested information on September 21, 2009. Thank you for providing the information.
A decision has been made and you will be contacted.
We sent you a letter on October 7, 2009 to ********about the decision on your application. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
Also Today I received an email

I am replying to your letter of September 9, 2009, addressed to the Honourable Jason Kenney, Minister of Citizenship, Immigration and Multiculturalism, concerning the immigration situation of your husband, Mr. *****. Our records indicate that your husband's work permit was issued on October 7, 2009, and his application for permanent residence has been authorized by the Case Processing Centre in Vegreville. You and your husband will be notified by your local Citizenship and Immigration Centre once his confirmation of permanent residence interview is scheduled.
