Decision Made- how long till COPR from Kingston-Jamaica? Anyone

Hello my husband has application for fsw. In October 2014 they asked for prepaid FedEx/dhl to send Copr and original documents from Jamaica to Canada. Monday (november 3) ECAS showed decision made. Any idea how long until we receive Copr and if FedEx will even be activated. Appreciate any response. :D
