I am counsel with carriage of this file on behalf of the Respondent and I am writing to
advise that I have received instructions from my client to offer to settle this matter on the
following terms:
Upon Notice of Discontinuance being filed at the Federal Court:
1. The decision dated July 23, 2024, is to be set aside.
2. The matter is to be re-determined by a different officer.
3. The Applicant will be provided with an opportunity to submit updated documentation
in support of their application.
4. No costs to either party.
If these terms are agreeable, kindly file the Notice of Discontinuance.
