Decision made before 35 days, but no PPR yet

Hi everyone,
I applied under provincial nominee category for pr in march 2013,finished my medical by the end of may.
After that i was waiting for a long time finally it changed to in process by Jan 1st week of 2014. they asked for RPRF by 28th of January and I paid that right next day.
Now for past 35 days, from the 2nd week of Feb it shows decision made.But they haven't ask for my passport.
Is that a bad sign? Any chances for rejection? I have all the police certificates and its all good...the only bad thing is my credit score...is that a problem? or its getting late just because of they are busy with lots of applications?

I also updated my new address and phone number by january 2nd week and its still shows my old address when i check that online. Why is it like that?

Anybody have same experiences?
Whats the normal time from decsion made to ppr?

firstly, I wud say congrat to you dear, it not a bad sign at all, u didn't even wait for long b4 U were asked for medicals, wow! that sounds exceptional I must confess. u will get ur passport request in no time. may be it time for u to wait like others. let me know how it goes. it could be just some background check they at still running. don't be too worried. men! u av come did far and it shall surely come out. well

i think it is not a bad sign .. shoot them an email to inquiry your status, are you form a vias exempt country?

Nothing after that...

@ANIP2014- Im from India,not a visa exempted country.i requset NewDelhi,but i think they processed it here in Ottawa, but i was getting all the mails from Sydney,NS...(AOR,Med Req,RPRF Req etc..)
And I got an email back from Ottawa says my file is in review for finalization...and hey said i will get notification in the upcoming weeks

you better send an email to the embassy. as far as I know, medical is valid only for 1 year. and the processing time depends on the place of your visa office. they don't advise you to pay your RPRF while processing your medical? in our case, we paid our RPRF together with our medical results.

mine is DM from April 3, no PPR yet..

Here is a example of my cousin from SINP,

He applied for Federal on Jan 25, 2013 and by mistake he selected DELHI, IND visa office, it took 14 months for whole process, weird though. He got PPR request in INDIA on April 13, 2014.

I guess Delhi office takes so much time..
