Decision made 4 months ago, but no PPR Email YET!!

Hi Guys,
I got my GCMS notes in November 2018, where I saw that my application was approved in Sept 2018.

I rang, and apparently they sent an email in Sept, which I never got. Said give us 21 business days to resend.
I called again in December, and was told that they made typo and will forward to the right department.
Lovely agent suggested I contact them directly at CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca which I did, in December, and January.

No response, No PPR. I gave them my work email, and fax. and asked for a landing appointment since I lost so much time already.

I am sick and tired .. any advice?? Anyone else had this scenario lately?

I'm waiting from past 3 and a half months too and have contacted them last night, they have asked me to contact them after two weeks.
I don't blame them for anything, My 19 months application time frame will be over day after tomorrow and I've recently renewed my passport and informed cic about it. So I guess its normal as they also need time to update things in their system.
But its quiet shocking when someone hears about my DM status, I got DM on October 8th ,2017.
So patience my friend, patience . I know its frustrating but lets just wait and watch. We will receive golden email soon. Stay strong.

I just dont want another 3months to pass.. The lady on the phone said that their hands are tied, and they cant send any more requests to the case processing centre on my behalf for another 3 months... hence she suggested I contact them directly.
I am planning on writing an email to my local Member of Parliament, and ask him to contact CIC on my behalf. I heard some success stories here on the forum.

Yes. 3 times now. Plus 2 email directly to Ottawa.

I am planning on sending them emails once a week, plus calling them once a week.

I think the MP is the fastest and most sure way to get something. You may get an answer in a week or so.

Let us know how it goes. This case may be important for all the other users.

They just responded to my Web Form, and apparently they email me AGAIN on Dec 19, and still did not yet it. This is ridiculous. There is nothing in my Spam and Junk folder. I just want them to email me to my work address instead.

Thank you, I will let you know. I asked them not to email me to my GMAIL again, but to my work email instead, or to send me a fax.

Hey guys, so I have an update. I called them one more time, and the agent said she will ask them to send me a physical letter with the PPR request, instead of another email. Which is great.

Update:

I got PPR request via CIC account, i.e email that says I have a message from them. So happy!

Question: Can I send my previously taken passport photos?I know they have to be taken 6 months ago.. But I really hope to reprint the previous ones I sent them a year ago. Hoping the photo person will just stamp them at the back with today's date.

Also, since I am sending them a photocopy of my passport, it occurred to me that I could have sent it to them when I first found out that my application was approved, and that they are trying to contact me, in November. Oh well, lesson learnt.

Congratulations!

It is probably better to send them a fresh photo that is signed and dated at the back by the photographer. You don't want to risk anything after all this long process because of something that simple.

And don't the email/message comes with an Annex A or something (not schedule A, annex A) that you have to print (make sure you print it all) and send inside your pre-paid mail along with the picture and the Passport pages?

You could not send your passport and photo pages before that. I have never seen one, but I think the annex A comes with some personal information filled by them.
