Decision in progress it's save position?

I would like to know your opinion, my application is in progress (dip) I'm already in Canada, I came through Lima and continued in the same job, is there any chance of this application going wrong? In this dip position it can now be considered a safer position I work in the health sector, including in the application I included a letter from the employer saying that my position was of great need in the clinic.thanks

It does not matter which profession you have, only IRCC officiLs can decide if your application is successful
