Hi , I am currently working in a business facing HR role as Talent Management Associate responsible for running the Annual Potential Assessment process as well career acceleration programs at business level. While some of these are standard processes , I am also responsible for starting new initiatives based on business requirement. I am confused between NOC0112 HR manager and NOC1121 HR Professional. I have read through the provided descriptions but am not able to get clarity on this. Would be great if someone could guide from their experience. Thanks
