Deciding between NOC 2173 vs 2283

I am working as a senior quality assurance engineer and I'm confused between NOC 2173 and 2283..What should I select as my NOC? Please help!!!!

My job responsibilities include followings

• Test Estimation and planing
• Test case designing and execution
• Reporting test results
• Functional,unit, integration exploratory and GUI testing
• Regression and smoke testing
• Developing performance test scripts
• Performance and load testing using Jmeter
• Maintain QA documentation
• Designing ,developing and executing automation tests using selenium web driver,Eclipse and java language
• Leading the QA team
• API test creation and execution using postman
• Bug reporting
• Sharing test reports
• Communicating with product manager and attending client calls

I have a BSC degree in IT and an MBA.Please help to find correct NOC..
