Decession made after 1 month of sending 2nd documents

Before medicals it is a negative sign.

No we cannot say that way...sometimes I have heard few times they ask for passport without Meds....not sure what basis this is done, buti it had happned to few ppl.

As per my knowledge, it is rejected boss

I'm afraid not. It is not possible to obtain a PR visa without a medical. There are no exceptions.

A tragic scenario... but as others opined, quite likely seems to be a 'rejection'.

I had a case of my friend, that she also had decision made after two months of finall documents posted to visa office. Hers was becuase the documents were delayed in the mail and arrived after the expected date. So she is planning to re apply again after some times.

What was the online status before status changed to Decision Made. Well before medicals its 99 % rejection

Once the CHC Delhi receives the full documents, the visa officer reviews the eligibility of the applicant before it is placed in to actual processing. So, if the status is changed to decision made, then visa officer has most probably decided that the application is not eligible for processing and there fore, a decision is made at that stage, means possiblity of rejection is high.

he didn't get letter of rejection till yet.But in e-cas status it write decision made. now he is using his old point system
