decesion made on ECAS and still in processing on GC key please help

Hello Guys
i applied my Permanent application paper based application on April 5th on SINP skilled worker category. i got file number on may 22nd. i got pre arrival canada letter on september 15th and medical on september 25th. its been only 6 months and my ECAS says decision made day after medical passed on my GC key. GC key says its under process and remaining time is 12 months. Whats going on here? ECAS says decision made... Help...

You are so fast! The remaining time is gotten from 18months-the passed time from AR. It is only estimated time. Congratuations
