Hi all. I am still working on my group application for a temporary visa and I would like to get some information / instructions if you please.

First: When we need to give work information, the address we need to write down is the one of the employer and not the applicant, right ?

Second: On the form IMM 5645 - Family Information. Who needs to sign the form filled for a child of 2 years old ? The parent ? Or the form must be left unsigned ? I was thinking that the form would be signed by the principal applicant and a justification letter should be added.

Well well, I have found the answer to question No 2. It is not necessary to fill up this form for a person under the age of 18.

26.03.2025 - We have finally applied in Canada for temporary visa for my stepdaughter and her kid to visit us from Peru.

16.04.2025 - Request for passports received.

21.04.2025 - Passports handed over to VAC in Lima Peru.

22.04.2025 - Final decision received - Approved !!!

23.04.2025 - Passports with visa received - multiple entry.

!!! We are good to go !!!

Well well, I have found the answer to question No 2. It is not necessary to fill up this form for a person under the age of 18.

And as for question 1, looks like it is the employer direction
