I re-sent my application under 4012 on 23 December 2014,it was initially submitted on 23 September and returned on 12/12/2014.
I am just worried if the complete checkness has been done and should wait for charging.

No worries, you did your best, Why they returned your September application? What was the problem? I sent my application in December. Did they charge your cc?
We made mistake in main application as we did separate forms for independents so they asked us to add all of independent s in one application. We don't have any charging yet just worried about returning it again so hope complete checkness has been done for December applications
