Good afternoon friends , wish you can help me , I really need your urgent advise . I left Dubai in 2012 without resigning from my ex employer and got credit cards and loan . The issue now that i am immigrating to Canada and they will ask me soon for Dubai police clearance . I am trying my best to get all the money together and pay banks back but i didn't get the possiblity to reach the ammount they want , they did add to it a lot of extra fees since I left the country.. 
my question is : Do Canada still can refuse my request because of that ?Is it a crime regarding canadian law ? I still got emails of negociation with anks and all which show my good intention to resolve the issue.. Do anyone who get the same problem as me got his/her situation cleared out ? Thanks in advance .
