I am delighted to offer you employment on a full-time basis in the role of Assistant Mechanical Engineer.

Position
You will be employed on the terms and conditions in this agreement, in the role of Assistant Mechanical
Engineer.
Yourposition will involve the duties set out below:
Monitor and analyse Mechanical systems
Collaborate with architects and engineers to determine the best placement of Mechanical system
Test devices for improvement, safety, and quality control
Update older Mechanical systems for changes, cost reductions, improvements, safety, and quality control
Maintain broken equipment and wiring
Perform and analyse tests to track results and make improvements
Work with builders and make recommendations
Modify systems to be environmentally friendly
Location
You will be based at Edmonton Alberta Canada, although we may direct you to work at different
locations from time to time.
Probationary Period
Your employment issubject to the satisfactory completion of a probationary period of three month. The
probationary period is designed to grant the Arcadian Engineering time to assess whether you are able
to fulfill your role with the Arcadian Engineering Canada Ltd.
Hours of Work
As a full-time employee you will be required to devote 48Hours weekly.

Salary and Benefits
(a) After 15% federal taxes your monthly salary will be CAD $3500.
(b) Thissalary will be paid by monthly in the following manner: deposit into nominated account.
(c) The above-mentioned salary is the total cost to the company and includes all payments made
and benefits provided by the Arcadian Engineering directly or indirectly to or on your behalf,
whether as salary or otherwise.
(d) Overtime will be 1.5 times of salary.
Leave
You will be entitled to paid annual and long service leave of 30 days.
Accommodation & Food
Company accommodation and two staff meal will be provided.
Medical Expenses
Arcadian Engineering Canada Ltd will provide the employee with comprehensive health care forthe term
of contract, and follow-on care for injuries suffered during the term of contract for the employee.
Company Policies
You agree that the Arcadian Engineering Canada Ltd’s policies, as amended or replaced from time to
time, shall be binding upon you but shall not from part of the employment letter.
Confidentially and Intellectual Property
You agree that you will not divulge any of the confidential information or trade secrets of the Arcadian
Engineering Canada Ltd to any person, whether during or after the termination of your employment.

Termination
(a) During your employment, either party may terminate this agreement by providing written
notice of 1month (or payment in lieu of notice) to the other party.
(b) Notwithstanding sub-clause (a) above, the Employer may terminate this agreement by notice
effective immediately without payment (except salary accrued to the date of termination)
where
You have committed an act of willful orserious misconduct, are significantly neglectful of your
duties, or you are in breach of this agreement.
Acceptance
This Letter of offer contains the proposed Terms and Conditions of your employment with the
Arcadian Engineering Canada Ltd and is subject to the preparation of a formal Employment
Letter. If you choose to accept this offer kindly sign and attached copy of selection letter
before 07th APRIL 2022. If not accepted within given time it will be construed that you are not
interested in this employment and this offer will automatically withdrawn.
