the name of my father is Aly
The name of my grand father is Ramadan
the name of the father of my grand father is Mohamed

So in the application form for immigration
what can I Write in the space of (given name)
and also what can I write in the space of (family name)
In passport my complete name is like that
Hassan Aly Rmadan MOHAMED
In photo I write given name Hassan Aly Ramadan
family name Mohamed
is that right?

sorry again but it appears hazy for me

second question is about qualifications in education
i got bachelor of medicine &surgery
also i got a high diploma in dermatology its duration is only one yaer
in the application there are no space for diploma
how can i notify about diploma
also my total years of education are 19 year
do you think thats true

but if u have a postgraduate diploma and it has total 19 years , then i think u earn 25 points.
but is it a diploma or postgraduate diploma ?

It is a post graduate diploma but in the application form master &MD are present only
