You should have applied at the same time. So your spouse and children can apply at any time, but there is no guarantee that they will be issued, and you will have to show sufficient funds to support them in Canada.

1. BUT what if i could show the funds, is there any reason of rejection even then????
CAN I APPLY FOR THEM ON THE SAME FUNDS I APPLIED FOR MINE ???
2. AND am i eligible to apply for them the next day i got my visa (This was my ACTUAL concern)

NO bro i havent yet given the visa but have sent my passport after medicals yestrday. got my medical call after 38 days. they are taking time now adays.

in my view your funds will not work because this is the money you showed to support yourself,,,,,,,
well if you statement is more than your study expenses and living expenses you can use it
you can take a chance

one more suggestion ,,,,,,,if you got the visa then why you do not transfer the funds in your wife account so she can make a separate application for visa

bro u got the visa now ur story is finished you can use ur money ............i did not hear about that you have to keep for 3 months
u can confirm from any one else,,,,,,,,


u can transfer ,,,,,there will be no objection at ur case at all because u already cleared

i emailed to canadian embessy for knowing the status of application....according to them i have to give them the file number......i want to know, file number is actually issued by the embessy na ? and they issue it with our medical call ?
