This was the last email I received on 7th,May,2024 before I repeated the second medical exams. Untill now nothing is happening. What is the big problem of my application which stops my travelling documents to be issued?

I applied for the permanent resident. It means that I am a refugee and I get this chance to resettlement.

I was waiting for the travel since last year 2023 after completed all the medical exams. But unfortunately I repeated the second medical exams on 10 to 12/June/2024 after receiving this last email from Canadian immigration in Tanzania Dar es Salaam. My inquiry is that ,what is the problem which stops the travel documents of my application? So that I can travel to Canada?
