Hi Guys and Girls

Has anyone tried to deal with CIO via email after your application has been rejected due to lack of information?

I sent them an email asking them to advise me on best course of action after I received my rejection. This 2 days ago and still no answer.

Please respond if you have been in similar situation.

Thanks

1. They don't respond to email, as their email address is one-way.
2. You can only contact them by mail.
3. They probably won't reply to request, it is up to you to fully describe you job description in the application. Read the NOC. http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/NOC/English/NOC/2006/Welcome.aspx

CIO is a tough battle to overcome, they are not an institution to teach the immigration requirements.
So you need to ask the experienced members, visit the site pmm just posted. we all took help from that site and from the seniors of this forum.

Hi PMM

Thanks for your response.

What information I after is, once you are rejected by CIO,

Do they close your file and no changes are allowed to that file? They allocated me a file number which I guess is of no use if you are rejected.

Does this mean any further application to CIO will be treated as new application?

I am planning to re-apply soon and was trying explore various possibilties.

Thanks

1. Once the application is refused, that its. If you apply again that is a new application.
