Guys,can anyone tell me what is the deadline to apply for Study visa for Winter 2021 intake?I would be applying under SDS category,need some days to get my documents in place.

There's no hard deadline but it's probably a little late given current processing times. Nice username btw.
Still worried about the processing times,I would be applying for study visa by 15th November.The processing time is 17 weeks for my country.Would I get my visa before January?
Probably not but of course you can take a risk and study online from your home country without a permit.
A few things to consider here. Processing times are inaccurate. Is your DLI on the all too famous list? Will you be submitting a full application or are you restricted by the closures of VACs in your country? I got the OPR in 7 weeks even though processing time for where I'm applying from is 22 weeks.
Having said all the above... You are pushing your luck big time...apply asap if you can.

VAC's here are closed,I have already had a talk with my university,they are willing to give me a full refund incase the visa decision is negative after the refund deadline.DLI is on the list tho.
