I am the primary applicant for the PR and we received the invitation to apply in November 2023.
Last Friday, we received a message about a missing document.
The document is my wife’s diploma from canada.
During the application we used the letter of completion signed from the institution.
The problem is that her university will only issue her diploma after the deadline the IRCC gave to us and her college already said that is impossible to provide the diploma in advance.
I would love suggestions about how should we proceed.
Additional information:
On the same day, we received the request for biometrics.
Like I said, I am the primary applicant and the points provided by her education would not be substantial to cut us off from the draw.
