A newbie here with a question about Q
I have a question about the definition of de facto spouse and conjugal partner in Quebec.

I am living outside Canada, but used to live with my sponsor for more than 12 months consecutively. Therefore we have submitted the immigration application to IRCC under the common-law category.

When we are about to apply to QUEBEC government, we are a bit confused whether we should apply as de factor spouse or conjugal partner?

Anyone knows anything about this? Many thanks!
