You would need to contact the bank that you got the DD from. If someone can track it, it would be them.

Friends one question, i am may 7 th applicant CPC - O, NOC 2174 , submitted MR and RPRF fee on Nov 12th. What would be the time they give to submit passport once we get PPR (passport request). Is it 30 days or 60 days.

Does what mean that it is impossible to track DD encashment?

If you want to know if your DD is encashed by CIC or not, you have to ask the bank that issued the DD. If you got the DD from a third party (like a money changer) then you have to ask the money Changer for them to further inquire from the bank. Most money changers would simply refuse to do so and tell you to ask CIC. If you ask CIC, they will respond in at least 30 days, by which time you would probably have got your PER or refusal letter anyway (whatever the case may be).
