days count for citizenship

Hi All,
I want to know about the day count procedure during citizenship application. If I am outside of Canada for 7 days, then days deducted will be 7 or 14 ( I mean double the day I was out of Canada)?

If I go outside of Canada after Citizenship application (before the test), will there be any impact? what are they?

Hi,

If you are out for 7 days it will count as 7 days. Not sure why you are thinking it will be double counted.

You can go out after your citizenship application - like a vacation trip. You have to inform CIC if it is more than 2 weeks.
