I applied for PR 4 years ago at CIC in S.Africa under FSW cat. Received AOR after 2 months mentioning waiting period for 24-30 months. Since then I have recently received a letter to confirm my intention to immigrate to Canada which I have replied.
I sent my daughter for higher education in Canada as an international student assuming that we will be having our PR done in max 3 years or so. But now it is already 4 years gone and it has been becoming difficult for us to continue paying tuition as an Intl. student. I will be losing my saving money very quickly and will disturb our future plans. I never planned that way.
Now my question is , "If I write to the CIC about my situation, will they give any kind consideration or sympathy to fasten the process? Please advise me. Your reply/ies will be highly appreciated.
