Daughter on TRP, Sponsorship for PR

My daughter is on TRP with us now. Me and my husband are PR's, how do we sponsor her? I have read some confusing posts to do outland and some inland application and send to different offices.
Can someone explain the process I should follow and the timeframe to get her PR?
Which application do I have fill and to where should I send the application? How much fees should be paid?
