When the forms ask for dates, for example, - schedule 1 background check... it will ask parent information, then there is Date of death, if deceased... do i jsut leave this blank, or do i have to attach a note sayin theyre in fact, ALIVE? aswell as the personal history on the same form... it asks personal history since the age of 18 to date... but obvioulsy the first one u put will be upto the current date, but what do u put in the dates? im just worried that if i leave it blank theyll send it back as incomplete.
