Dates physical presence and application date

Hi everyone,

I am applying for Canadian Citizenship paper base application (family) .

I have a confusion of dates . Please resolve .

At page 3 column 9 : to date would be same as application date or it would be 1 day prior .

ie , If I file my application today

2016-10-22 TO 2021-10-22 and physical presence Application date 2021-10-23
