I have a bachelors from India - graduated in april 2007

I have put the Date XYZ first became qualified to practice in this occupation as April 2007 in EE , however i am only showing my Canadian experience , should the date be the date I got my work permit then ??

Hi. i am from India as well and currently applying for EE. I completed my degree by April 2015 and the graduation ceremony was held on January 2016. My NOC is 2174. In my case, what would be "DateXYZ first became qualified to practice in this occupation express entry profile" ?
Would it be April 2015 or January 2016.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
