Hello all,
First of all, I am very happy there's this community that hopefully would be able to answer my question! So I applied through Express Entry and received my CoPR along with a visa (wasn't exempt at the time I had to send it, am exempt now) and have to enter Canada by July 26th 2018 (1 year after my medical exam). I, however, currently reside in the US and due to some complications here, I might not be able to make it to the deadline. I would love to enter Canada and then come back to the US to take care of my remaining affairs, however, I am not visa exempt from the US and am worried might not be able to easily enter the US after securing my PR.
Hence, was wondering if there's any way I can delay the entrance (by about 2 months or so, don't need much more time than that hopefully) by, let's say, taking another medical exam? However, I really don't want to jeopardize my chance of PR in Canada but really have to figure out a few more things out in the US.
Thanks so much in advance!
Cheers,
Lora
