Date of wedding - court marriage or traditional marriage?

Hello,

For the Outland Spousal application, what should be the marriage date that I should be putting on the forms ?

Wedding as per Hindu Traditions? 23rd Jan
OR
Court marriage date ? 3rd Feb

i got married during the pandemic and marriage registration office was shut indefinitely. We got a court marriage done post marriage as per Hindu traditions since we needed marriage that was recognized by a government entity

please advise!

That's my vote too. Because it's the date your status officially changed.

Agree with above. Just provide the info about your religious marriage elsewhere in the package, separate short letter if needed.

1. The date of the official registration, you can mention the traditional ceremony as well.
