Date of test results - TCF Canada

I just received my TCF Canada report, but it only shows one date: March 12th, the day I attempted the test.

Yet, on the IRCC website I must fill both the date of the examen and date of the results.

What should I indicate in the date of the results section? Today? Or the date of the examen?
