I would like to find out whether a mismatch in date of birth of family members could lead to visa refusal.
For instance if the person have applied b4 but don't remember the exact date of birth he wrote on the application form for his family members.
This is because there was no contact btn the applicant and family members so he gave each member a date of birth from his own point of view. Though all other information about the family members match with the current information provided. The first application was visit(conference).
She has applied for study permit and processing is still ongoing, so will that mismatch in date of birth lead to refusal. More important the current application has the correct date of birth for the family members. In addition she has attached brth cert of all the siblings to the current application, except the mother and father. They are old and don't have any birth cert.
Your views and advice are welcome.
