Hi. In the citizenship application, they ask when you became PR. Should this be the landing date, or the date I received my PR card?

Landing date.
Thanks. One more question: they need a signed copy of the online physical presence calculation, yet I cannot find a print button. Do I need to sign up to save it and then I would have the option to print it?

OK, I know what's the issue. It was that I entered the today's date as my eligibility date because I wasn't sure when I will be eligible exactly, and thus at the end I wasn't eligible. But when I entered my eligibility date based on the first time I filled it, the print button appeared at the end.

Personally I’d always have the button and set is as disabled, with back end validation, and a tooltip to indicate why it’s not yet available.

But that’s me ;)

I like that. Let me guess, full stack developer?
Pretty much yup, but that's a minor point really. The best thing IRCC could do (technically, so ignoring speed of processing) is update the website to provide more regular updates. Like, "We got your FP request and approved x on Date Y". They'd get a lot fewer phone calls if things were shown to actually be moving.
